Specmarshal orchestrates autonomous coding agents over your specs, with real gates, real review, and a person in control. A spec is broken into small tickets; each gets a fresh agent in its own sandbox and ends in a branch someone reviews.

What it does

Start with a spec, not a prompt.

Work is written down first and split into tickets, so what is startable, blocked or waiting is always known.

Code is verified, not self-declared.

After each ticket Specmarshal runs your project's own gate and decides for itself. The agent never gets that vote.

Reviewed, verified, ready to merge.

A separate review ticks the acceptance criteria. A run leaves reviewed branches; nothing lands until someone reads them.

You stay in control.

Pause a run, steer it with a note for the next attempt, or release a parked ticket.

Specmarshal is in private alpha. There is nothing to sign up for yet. This page will say when there is, and the blog will cover how it was built.
